About Me

Empowering any woman that comes across this blog

I am a Latina woman born and raised in Los Angeles CA, after feeling super burned out from working two jobs for about three years working six to seven days a week plus juggling school on and off, I realized I need a break. I decided to quit one of my jobs to have a little time to breathe and just enough time to create this blog and write and hopefully inspire someone. Shortly after I got certified to teach yoga and after getting into a car accident I decided it was time for me to leave LA at least for now, so I’m currently living in Portland, OR. Although I am in Los Angeles very often hence my entire family is there. I aspire to do this because when I was at my lowest point in life and had no one, it was strangers on the internet, books, and motivational speakers that helped me get through and accomplish more than I thought possible; get my associates degree while working two jobs, get out of my almost $20,000 debt and save money, refinance my house that was in foreclosure thanks to an unethical real estate agent and last but not least triple my income. I had to be unshakably confident and believe in my self like my life depended on it because it did. I hope to help others realize that you can do and be anything you want, you just have to be courageous to follow your heart. I am currently in the process of getting my life coach certification, but in the mean time, I’d like to inspire and give hope with my writings to anyone who feels stuck, alone, or just needs a little encouragement or a lot.
